What to include

  • The station, train number, or trip you were checking.
  • The approximate time the issue happened.
  • Your app version and iOS version, if available.
  • A screenshot if the map, station board, or schedule looked wrong.

Before you write

  • Pull to refresh or reopen the app if live data looks stale.
  • Check whether Caltrain is reporting a service disruption.
  • Remember that realtime train locations can briefly disappear near terminals.

CaltrainTrax depends on public transit feeds. Arrival times, vehicle positions, and alerts may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable.
